Pay: $Up to 22.14 an hour, W2


Job Summary:

This contractor role is designed to assist with a variety of tasks related to operations coordination, customer service, and logistics management. The primary responsibilities involve managing orders, shipments, load assignments, scheduling, tracking, invoicing, and resolving issues. The role requires excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Execute tasks related to creating orders, activating shipments, building loads, scheduling, tracking shipments, and invoicing in accordance with company SOPs.
  • Monitor task boards and email accounts to respond to customer and carrier requests.
  • Document events based on standard procedures and escalate when necessary.
  • Validate and ensure the accuracy of load data in systems according to CHR and customer standards.
  • Perform additional responsibilities based on team and company needs.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Associate Operations Coordinator
  • Ability to work evenings and/or weekends (for certain roles)
  • For external candidates: Minimum two years of call center customer service or transportation/logistics experience

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Strong communication, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Prior work experience requiring attention to detail
